Eating is about more than calories and energy. The right foods provide your body with important information. They transfer signals to regulate biochemical processes inside you, always doing their best to keep you healthy. The latest research is showing that eating well and having good lifestyle practices in place exerts an enormous influence over your health, far more than any genetic factor. I help you to understand which foods are best for you to eat and why they will make you feel better for the long-term. This approach is further supported by coaching sessions to help motivate and achieve sustainable behavioural change. 

Your body has amazing healing capacity so with a good diet and lifestyle, you can improve your health right now! You can also help to protect yourself against chronic illness in the future such as Type 2 diabetes or cardiovascular disease, even with a genetic weakness.
Prevention is always preferable to cure.

Do you want to improve your lifestyle, eating habits, become more creative in the kitchen and improve your overall health but not sure where to start. Prior to the first consultation you will be asked to complete a food diary. During the session, I will discuss with you in more detail your health medical and family medical history as well as exploring your lifestyle and eating habits any current symptoms and concerns, energy levels, mood, ect. Having identified your personal health goals, we agree an action plan together that includes diet and lifestyle changes that will help you to achieve them. ​

As people require different degrees of follow-up support when putting the changes into practice, you can choose your own pace of coaching from my Four programme levels - see "Programmes" for more details.

I will explain what I think may be contributing to current symptoms and if appropriate may also offer Reflexology, Aromatherapy or Raindrop Therapy helping to pinpoint where support may be needed to achieve your goals.
